I think it's an awesome find! I found my (daughter's) '94 Z28 on Craig's list for $1000. It needed a transmission and had an exhaust leak but had about $180k miles and the usual interior wear and tear for a car with that many miles. Sorry to jump on the band wagon of car finds.
Beware, it makes it easier to spend more when you get it for less..........
I think you'll really enjoy it!
Greg'94 Teal Z28 that was my daughter's first car, then I acquired it after it overheated and blew a head gasket - replaced the engine and hope to take 'er to the track soon! I'm just an old guy who loves Camaros and tinkering with them.
