8 more weeks of light duty, although he is very impressed with my progress. He is leary of releasing me to full duty, only because we have been FORCED to not address all of the damage caused to me, and he does not want to claim the liability that should be on the shoulders of the TWP and insurance co, who say there is nothing wrong with me... because heaven forbid, I go out on patrol, and something WORSE happens because of neglected issues.

well the ins co denied the pharmacy from filling my Rx today.... MORE FIGHTING!

Sorry to hear that. Similar thing happened to me last month with the pain patches I'm on. Found out they are $125 a piece. I hate insurance companies.

But whats really pissin me off is I have the judges last judgement stating that they need to contibue taking care of me medically.

You know, the worst part is.... Its not even pain meds in the sense of the meds that get abused...its a med that is meant to manage the pain receptors....no "under the influence" effects, simply an aid to not being in pain.. and they just want to fuck with me.

Its cool... Its showed its head once... KARMA will show her head again... Ill just keep on chuggin.

Man, I'm sorry to hear that, Larry. Chris is right, you're too good a person to have to put up with this crap. It's not fair at all to deprive you of something that helps you better perform your daily duties and get some rest as well.
