I did not see where he had the pic of the wheel all mounted up and everything, but he did put one on his Facebook where it was in the car. It seems like a lot of work honestly. Definitely cool, though.
He is a member here, but I don't think he ever gets on here. I've asked before.

Anything is doable . Its a matter of the drive / ambition to figure it out. Who would have thought of a lt1 head and intake swap on a standard SBC. Or just lt1 intake swap for tpi cars. Etc..
Ya just have to think outside the box sometimes.
I did a complete 97 ta int. swap in my 92 camaro in the last. Print out both wiring diagrams and goto town.

I think the biggest hurtle is that the fbody is physically bigger. You'd have to check to see how much difference there is in the height and width of the two dashes. I'm sure it could be remedied with a little fiberglass work but you're very likely looking at recovering the entire dash, or painting it.
It would definitly be a cool swap. But I imagine a lot of work and a good outlay of cash. With enough work amazing things can be done, slammed1500's car comes to mind as an example.94 firebird 315 30 18 x 4, 3.4/A4 to LT1/M6 swap, bilstein racing coilovers, leveled LCAs, lowered PHR, spherical bushings in stock lower a arms, 35mm front swaybar, 1" rear sway bar, ported heads, cam, LS1 lid, longtubes, rebuilt T56 blah blah blah
