That's why I worded it how I did lol. I'm guessing they found something which gives you evidence something I'd wrong which puts you back on leave and your time off back. Atleast that's my guess lol

    Well... Here we go...

I literally just got off the phone with my treating Physician....

It has been confirmed.... I DO have a laberal tear in my right hip joint....

    There are two theories....
One: that has been the injury all along and why i could only get temporary relief from any of the proceedures..... Possibly being the epicenter and the pain radiates up and down away from it.....

Two: that there still may be something wrong with my back...however limping to compensate and moving in ways that have been guarded for that side...may have damaged the hip.

Either way....my attorney...and the doctors....including my nurse case manager agree that it still stems from or is the injury...making it work related...... And should allow me back out of work and the bs games that are played to have surgery...heal and be back to normal....

The only complication is if the insurance co wants to argue that it is not the same injury...in wich we will have to go to court and settle it thru litigation......

    So BAD NEWS=s GOOD NEWS!!!

& The discussion of retirement hopefully moves to another 13 years from now!!!!

Wow that is a big discovery! I would be curious to know Why that "minor" detail was overlooked for such a long time...

But any way that is great news tat they finally found the root cause of all these and you are taking steps to get it done!

Well I'm glad you ae making some good progress but its unfortunate to here that there are issues causing you pain. Thru the legal process you should definitely make mention of the emotional distress you've been dealing with from your superiors.

One of my Doctors as well as my attorney are telling me the legal term is MISDIAGNOSED, and we will see if it will be addressed later... especially with the Doctor that said there was nothing wrong with me and that I can return to work full duty....

It does suck..... and I will be speaking with the surgeon 2moro about surgery. Aparently there are not alot of people who do this surgery around here orthoscopically and they all just filet the hip.... I dont like that.... so, Im gonna have to do some research...... but thank you... .from shitty comes good....

I hope so also... and there is still a chance it gets worse, being that the insurance company can try to insist that it is not work related or related to the same injury, although they have been supportive and picking up the tab for all of the hip testing that has brought us to this point, so I hope now that something is physically wrong and all the assholes that said I was milking it or faking it are shut up... we can focus on getting me better, and not litigation and terminating me just so I have to fight my way back.... etc etc etc...

    Thank You all....

Definitely a good thing that there is something fixable, as much as it sucks that there is something messed up in the first place.
