My Pros and Cons in a small town PD.

And this is alll.... ALLLLLL because of the quack Doctor saying there is nothing wrong with me......

That is what has caused all of these issues....

Like I said before, I did everything I could to avoid them forcing me into retirment because thats not what I want.. I LOVE

MY JOB.....

AND NOW, because of this QUACK..... I have to fight and play "Chess" with my "moves" to avoid being forced into

uniform, and someone or MYSELF gets hurt because of this.... But Ill only be able to get away with it for so long...

And I only have about 6 weeks of straight leave time to use.... then Im fuked.

And any litigation that could help me out is still in the future, maybe not to far future, but way further than 6 weeks.

I hope so... but for now, I need to figure out what I'm gonna do when I get terminated... Im the house hold income....

I cant believe they would do this to you, this sucks!
I have read through this whole post and it blows me away that this is happening to you and I am sorry that you may lose your job and still be injured as well.
I can tell you this tho, there will always be openings for good coppers and you may end up working for a better department when all is said and done.

Thank you, and unfortunatley, this back injury will keep me from being a cop again....without fixing it, Im gonna be fuked that way as well..

And as for the termination, as I may or may not have said, the termination would only ass till we could challenge the quack dr... and if the judge or arbitrator feels my treating PHYSICIANS are more reliable than a guy that saw me 2 times, Ill be back on the workmans comp again... orrrr they will start to try to negotiate me out for my disability retirement.....

Which at this point I am starting to accept. My health is in jeapordy now with all of this stress. Im relapsing from my issue that put me in the hospital back in May, and its literally killing me now.....

I wanted to be a cop forever... but if my choice is between all of this drama, and being somewhere with people who want to just fuck with me, and retiring... Ill go.
