Chief,
I will be unable to respond for duty Weds the 19th due to severe back pain. I will need to begin my prescribed medication again, which I had attempted to stop so I could be at the office, but as you previously advised, I am not allowed to work in the office while taking the medication that my treating Physician prescribed for my work related injury.

It sucks that they treat you and or anyone this way but it's how they handle it my bosses did they same to me they never wanted to act like i existed .. Keep you head up it part of the battle. Originally Posted by popo8

I love the part where you said "as you previously advised" and "medication my physician prescribed for a work related injury". He was probably advised NOT to respond by their lawyers!
