New problem! Never fails
I took the car to the famous George Rays Drag strip today and of course the car ran like shit!
Crappy time so I won't post those but on the way home my volt gauge dropped down to 8-9 volts. The car starts so I figure it is probably the alternator but not for sure with all of the other strange issues I have had. The car was cutting up real bad in first and second around 4500-5000 rpm which tells me that this issue had started prior to today. Any help would be great. I guess I will post the times
1st pass 8.33
2nd pass-8.66
3rd pass- 8.33 broke out on an 8.50 index
Something is not right and any help would be great

Go get your alternator tested. Could be that the voltage regulator gave out on it, hence the low operating voltage which can DEFINITELY cause a higher RPM misfire (less vehicle voltage = less coil operating voltage = weaker spark at higher RPM's due to inability for coil to fully charge between firing).
