Ford 302ci restart
im in the process of getting my 82 bronco running again, the motor is "new" me and my dad rebuilt it 96-97 and since then has only had about 25,000 miles put on it. now, the truck has been sitting for about 5 years taking the full force of Chicago weather. besides cleaning it up, lubing, and full fluid swap any thing ales any one suggests to do?
oh and i got to get it running by Friday or my parents are going to get rid of it.......

When you change the oil I would pull the distributor and turn the oil pump to prime everything before cranking it.
It should crank fine, my dad bought a 70 mustang with a 351 that had been sitting for 12 years and we cranked it in 45 minutes...1997 Trans am- M6- Ebay Longtubes, Summit X pipe with Magnaflows, CAI, Adj LCAs with relocation brackets, Comp engineering shocks, Competition stage 2 clutch.
