Wow, he cusses like he has turrets or whatever. That has to be the weirdest video I've ever seen. I can't believe the cop AND the guy filming blew through a stop sign at high speed either.

I think the only time I laughed is when he started shivering and how anti-climatic it was. Some justice. He didn't even do anything. He talked hard, drove hard, and then didn't demand his badge number or anything. So weird.
