I just got off the phone with the GZ vacuum pump guy. He said that I should be good to go as I am. The ATi balancer I have has a hub that sticks out a little from the balancer that the MSD crank trigger fits into perfectly. I cannot use a centering ring as the vacuum pump manderl is 2" dia then tapers at the end to 1.245" (same size as the crank. The opening for the crank trigger is 2.28" but ,as I said, the front of the balancer and the recessed part of the crank trigger mate together perfectly and it looks to be very centered. I will measure run out and see if there is any issues. Now I just need to make an aluminum block that is 2 3/16" with 2 bolt holes to mount to the block. Let me know what you guys think of the above posting. Thanks again for all your help and assistance thoughout my build. More questions will come.
