Either long drives, or long bike rides.

Don't drive much anymore... I don't like my daily, and the truck isn't quite ready... in the past, I've driven 1/2 way to San Antonio from Houston before getting bored and turning around. Oh, and gas is more expensive now too.

I've been known to grab the bicycle and head out, and not return till 2 or 3am. Then again, I'll do 70-100mi rides for fun anyways. But just geting out and putting around is nice.

Work out, drive around, hang out with friends to get your mind off things... Basically everything you mentioned I'm dealing with right now too, I finally learned to just let things go (*Especially at work) & not constantly stress over things that I can't change or accomplish at this very moment. Do everything you can to prepare but if it doesn't work out how you planned, just brush it off and move on to the next best thing. IDK just my .02
