That's actually fairly lenient. When I bought my Z28 the guy said the homeowners association in his neighborhood was getting on him, and he had 3 cars. '94 Z28, '00 WS6, '01 2500HD Duramax. The WS6 was in the garage too.

I agree though, they shouldn't be able to limit the number of cars you can have, as long as they are all registered/insured and not in someone elses way.

What pisses me off is how a city can tell you, the property owner, what you can and cannot do on your property. If I paid for something, it's mine and nobody should be allowed to tell me they can take it away cause it doesn't work. Maybe some people agree with the city on that, but I don't. I work hard for what I have, and if someone doesn't like it, what is the problem with coming to me face to face? Why do you have to go around my back?

I hide my 72 f100 and rail buggy that dont run next to my dads 70 mach one that also dont run in the back yard.
That dont count the two fbodys in the driveway that dont run next to my dads work van that just gave out.
Then we have three running cars. Im very surprised no one has complained about us, because if I was my neighbors I would. Im gonna downgrade soon and sell some of them.

The nice cop, if you read my longer description of what happened, actually told us, he would let us have the 6 cars on the drive. But the principle behind it is what motivated Steven to just get the car out of there and avoid all the hassle.

i had a cop come over this summer and say i couldn't park my camper in my driveway, even though i had just parked it there so i could get everything loaded up for my trip to Utah.

he told me i had to have it moved immediately or else i would be fined and the trailer would be impounded. i told him that if he wanted to take my trailer, he'd have to hook up to it with his Crown Vic and pull it himself. needless to say, the idiot tried it. and promptly blew out both rear shocks and snapped the springs when the trailer was off the jack.

he had to have HIS car towed away, and i was able to keep my trailer there. lol
