The '15 1LE is awesome, but is lacking a bit in braking. still has stock rotors/pads/fluid. hoping to use black friday to my advantage and get some better brakes on here, and motul rbf600 fluid.

i would try autocross first. A friend of mine does a lot of NJ races near you. He runs a live axle Mustang. His name is Carlton Griggs. Super friendly guy, and I'm sure he'd let you ride shotgun for a lap or two. 1LE's do very well in autocross. They are quite nimble, have great torque and are classed well.
