Attn: th400 builders fwd clutch drum?
So i am building my first th400 and i am confused with an issue.... on the forward flashbacks are removed six Steels and BW frictions. I got a steel 4l80e clutch drum cause i was told it stronger than the cast unit that was in the th400. I am installing RAYBESTSTOS stage 1 frictions and regular steels. When I stack six of them together and I insert the forward clutch drum the very bottom friction disc does not appear to engage. The reason I think this is when I put the forward clutch drum and it sets all the way down on to the springs and whenever I give it a turn I noticed the bottom friction did not move.
.
Does the fwd clutch drum have to engage all the frictions?
