Heres another dumb question, are they wired correctly to pull instead of push or vice versa?

May be a dumb question but you do still have the air dam on the the bottom of the rad support to direct air up into the rad? Seen people pull them off and then have serious cooling issues.

The faster you can flow through the radiator the better the cooling.
Are you running the fans all the fucking time cause their on a switch? If so, they are impeding cooling at highway speeds.
If you are fine at highway speeds, then your fans suck.
What brand and model are they? There are very few good aftermarket options that are not a fortune.Correlation does not imply causation.

sounds like the fans are not doing enough for city driving. Are the spinning the correct way? If you have the stock fans, put them back on
A EWP won't flow so much the motor runs to cold
assume the cooling system is bleed correctly96 BBB 383/T56
