What is your guys avg cost of a cam install with a new valve train

I don't know anyone that has paid someone to do a cam swap on a lt1 car but I would imagine it would be around a grand in labor. Plus parts so if everything is new I'd say around 2000 total.
Then you need a tune
And long tubes if you don't already have a full exhaust

I'd say about $2500 for a shop to do it. But, your best bet is to call and get some quotes from reputable shops who have solid LT1 experience. Or buy a case of beer, invite your friends over who like to get dirty, and have fun.
