Just go stock, recoreing one isn't worth the $$$$$ IMO

It cost me $65 for a radiator shop to replace my cracked side tank, way less than a quality replacement.

I would just get a stock replacement. I did about 8 years ago and it's been great.

I run a stocker in mine, seeps a lil but its only water so whatever.
A custom would have been nicer; I could run a solid fan shroud and have it mounted with solid mounts, but, OE was cheap and I had it.Correlation does not imply causation.

I love my Griffin/spal setup. If I didn't get such a good deal on it (used), I would have kept the stocker or picked up a Napa or Summit drop in replacement. I picked up a drop in Summit rad for my 3rd gen and was very impressed with it.
