wper,signal light switch
How hard is this to change?Does it just plug in?Do I have to take apart the steering column?

Are you talking about just the turn signal stalk/handle? There's one screw and a connector or two for it. If you remove the little black plastic cover on the left side of the column, you'll see the wiring connections for it.
