    Mild idle, tons of low and mid range Tq while pulling to 6100 RPM.

    Howards 98215 springs with dampers removed. Ready to install and uses stock retainers and locks.

    Grteat for a mild F body or B body with stock gears and no stall.

    Cama nd springs will work on cast iron haeds with 1.5 rockers (.501/.501 lift) and no machinework needed.

    Yes, no machine work needed and still work with the stock retainers and stock locks but i would remove the stock seals and stock spring locators and then use a set of .060" flat shims under the springs and new seals.

    The stock locator has a small area sticking up that fits pretty snug on the stock spring and the ID of these Howards springs are a lil smaller and the spring will not fit completely flat so removing the locatora nd using a flat spring shim will make it all work fine.

    I can throw in the sealsa nd shims to amke it work if someone is wanting to use them on alu heads.
