Default $EE Hack / LC-1 through the AC test port

I'm trying to figure out if I did this right, had a pain in the ass day at the track trying to dial in AFR on 110. So, I've had my LC-1 wired to a simple digital gauge all along and kind of tuned my afr by eyeballing the gauge on WOT pulls, seemed to work fine until I decided to wire the LC-1 to the AC pressure sensor to get a more accurate reading and tune. I just disconnected the signal wire from the LC-1 and extended it into the engine bay and spliced to the red/black wire on the AC pressure sensor. Then in my $EE hack settings I enabled the AC Pressure input, not pin D27. Is this the correct settings / wiring? I figured, the LC-1 is already grounded so I shouldn't have needed to extend the LC-1 ground wire to the AC pressure sensor ground wire, or am I wrong. The reason I question this is I always saw a slight fluctuation through the 12.0-12.9:1 range via my gauge, and now through the $EE hack datalogs at the track I was seeing a AFR of 12.6 (which i assume is commanded) and the WB was reading 10.7-11.5!!! So thanks to my rush, last weekend I was running 12.30's at 108 with bolt ons full interior and 93 and went SLOWER on 110 and a gutted interior (-~180 lbs). Fail.

*disclaimer - I only removed the interior because I am in the process of swapping to an 02 ebony interior and want to see if I can get 11.9xx out of this car in November. So weight, 110 octane, roller rockers, and spot on tune are my only hope at this point.

youre gonna have to play with the parameter for the signal coming into the computer to get it to match the gauge. i had to do that with the aem in datamaster, mess with the sampling rate and stuff. but idn about $ee hack, never used it, i use datamaster. so for me its just a custom bit datapoint, i literally have a wire run under the hood, unplug ac sensor, take stripped end of wire and push into plug, and then enable my custom data point. afr pops up on datamaster. then when i want ac, i plug the pressure switch plug back in and voila

So sounds like you only connect the signal wire to the AC sensor plug, and leave the ground alone. Same thing I did.

As for the calibration to match the signal, $EE hack already has those presets entered for the LC-1. So all you need to do is click enable, select AC pressure or Pin D17, and select LC-1. So, everything seems correct to me. Maybe the car is actually really running that rich and I just was missing something when using my eyeballs in the past?

Seems possible. I know its hard as hell to watc afr and boost in @Ltconvert camaro. I had to put a gopro on boost gauge to see what it actually was hitting

oh got it, that makes sense.

dam, looks like theres not many $ee hack users on here.. putting the car away for winter anyways. now I have a few months to decide it I want to follow through with the D1SC or sell it and just do a simple heads cam setup. decisions decisions
