    Default Lt1 to carb setup

Is there a write on doing this or anything I tried doing a search but I couldn't find much. My dad is looking to swap his to carburetor setup and he's wondering and what all needs to be done to the firewall and all to make the distributor

Doing the carb conversion itself is no problem GMPP makes the intake and Opti delete plate.

This thread has alot of 411 on the swap and what that OP did to the cowel

you would need to get a vented opti TC to use the GMMP Opti block off plate. Or just weld up the 93 TC and use a Gen 1 SBC timing pointer

I changed the bolt pattern on my heads ... yes welded the intake manifold bolt holes shut on the heads ... then redrilled and tapped bolt holes with a SBC pattern.
i am running a wiend team g intake manifold ... yes the GMPP is a easy bolt on choice but i needed a single plane intake for my setup ...

Was wondering since we have almost everything now to covert the car what type of hoods, air cleaner set ups are you guys running with the carb swap? I was thinking of trying to convince him to do like a cowl plexiglass cleaner set up but I'm not sure what his plan is
