    Typically, the rod ends are narrower than the mounting bracket widths, and require spacers to fill the gap. Did you check the spacers to make sure they are holding the rod ends securely and preventing a small side-to-side movement of the entire LCA?

    I did... all spacers are in, and no excessive or noticeable wear.

    I would check the center section in your rearend for excessive play

    I had both the panhard bar as well as the torque arm lock nuts set wrong, which was causing the issue. Not sure why I went the opposite way with the lock nuts but apparently I did. Amazing what you do when you take something apart and then don't put it back together again for a month. I went for an extended drive today and didn't have any of the movement feeling during normal driving. Much less noisy going over bumps as well, which makes sense this there was extra play allowed from the improper lock positions. Felt just like it was before taking the rear end out for repair. Thanks again for the advice, now I just need to get the sway bar put back on and hopefully not doing that one wrong.
