I know what ur saying, im only stating that we cant call him a murderer when our system stated that he was not guilty. With that being said... its a movie about a person ACCUSED of murder, and not really glorifying the story of a "murderer."

Been following the movie series religiously. It is now 6 episodes in, and it is excellent. It has been done very well, and although Im sure there are some things dressed up, it appears to have alot of things that were not available to the public at the time that are in fact legitimate, shown.

There was margin for beyond reasonable doubt. Did he do it, probably, is there more to the story we'll never know, like other accomplices etc, probably. The things I always felt was really odd was, he was found not guilt in criminal court, but guilty in civil court for murder... Doesn't make a lot of sense, I imagine it has to do with California state law. But to me it seems like you're being tried for the same thing twice?

Its because civil win only needs to prove "THE PREPONDERANCE OF THE EVIDENCE" as composed to "REASONABLE DOUBT" which u mentioned above.
That is why people are never found INNOCENT, they are either GUILTY or NOT GUILTY.
