I think its simply for the ability to have real time conversations. We opted out of having one on the forum because in the end they kill the foundation of the forum... amd threads... and the ability to search stuff.

True. I feel since this is an extension of tapa talk as an application it won't have that same dreaded affect on our beloved site. At least I sure hope not..
