BP usually takes a few days to respond but he will pretty much always get back to you. I bought mine a few years ago and he still answers my emails when i have questions. I got one of his really early harnesses for my 24x system and it was incredibly high quality. They are even better now with more options so i would definitely look into his harnesses.

Just make sure you know what you want. He has a few different options as far as what you have in your car such as transmission and electric water pump and others. He can help you decide if you need.
