EBC Brakes
Has anyone tried EBC brake pads? I'm wanting a little more stopping power from my LT1 brakes. I just don't have the funds at the moment to do a c5 swap or anything like that. Any reviews or suggestions? Thanks

When i got my formula it had stock brakes and EBC Greens. they were better than stock, but still left more to be desigred. I ended up going to Hawk HP+ pads with my Brembo upgrade and love them, this is the third car i've ran them on. I also use Hawk HPS pads for all my DD cars, they are less noisy and make less dust than the HP+ (HP+ sounds like a school bus stopping).
If i were you I'd look into getting a set of the Hawk HPS pads for the LT brakes. (for a LT f-body: HPS – High Performance Street Compound Disc Brake Pad; HPS Performance Street w/0.540 Thickness; Rear; HB112F.540 $79.64)
it's too bad you weren't looking when i did my brembos, i gave away full set of LT1 calipers, pads, rotors, and knuckles.Last edited by Formula218; 06-12-2015 at 01:03 PM.
