    Default A historic moment

So yesterday evening I decided to turn the ignition key on the camaro. It primed the fuel pump and fired right over. It has been sitting nearly 2 years. I took it down the road, turned the corner, slowed down to a stop, kick on the line lock and.... well..
Plan on getting it re insured and tagged by next month

I changed the oil last month and cut open the filter. I didn't see any metal from the broken rockers. I put 4 quarts of 10w/40 Mobil 1 and 1 quart of Lucas heavy duty oil stabilizer. I think I still have a slight exhaust leak at one of the collectors. Main reason I mothballed it was financial reasons. The broken rockers were a concern because if I broke anything else I would not have the cash to fix it. Now I have a better feeling about the engine and some freed up money for tags and insurance. Gas an tires is another story. Lol
