    Hello Everyone,

I am new to the forum. I have a 1996 Corvette that I run in B Street Prepared SCCA Autocross. The car was built by Guy Akeny several years ago.

The engine has stock internals with a GM Performance Parts 24502574 intake manifold that has been modified for fuel injectors. It has Belanger headers and an Electromotive TECgt ECU.

As I recall, the dyno runs done by the previous owner after a rebuilt put the power at about 360HP.

The car is much fun to drive and Mr. Ankeny made it work very well.

I have some questions about upgrading the ECU that I will post shortly in the appropriate forum.

Here are a couple of pics.

Welcome to the forum man!!! Huge fan of the C4s right here!

Even love the wing on the back.

U should enjoy it here... where everyone appreciates the LTX.

Do u have any vids you could share of some runs?

Also... are those factory quarters or are they flared larger?

@popo8 The fenders are indeed flared front and rear. I can fit a 335 all the way around. You can see some clips of the car in action on my youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/user/uberzoober

@CamaroGirl, Thanks. I don't get the C4 bashing. Its not a bad chassis, it got an easy to deal with SBC, and they're cheap. Whats not to love?

Man that is how CHEVY should have done it from the factory... May I ask, how were the rear quarters flared?

The rears were done before I bought it. They are fiberglass flares that are molded in. I had another C4 that I flared. I used the flares Bruce Wentzel makes. They can be used front or rear. Here is a thread about them. http://www.corvetteforum.guru/module...=11380&forum=1
