2015 Polar Plunge

Christie and I are going to participate in the 2015 Law Enforcement Torch Run Polar Plunge to benefit Missouri Special Olympics! All the money raised goes to Missouri athletes and stay's in Missouri. We each need a minimum of $75 donated with a goal of $300 each by the event day (1-21-14). I know money is always tight before the holidays so please feel free to forward this to friends and family and support a great cause!

Thanks to those who donated to this event. The temperature yesterday was in the mid 30's with a steady light rain and a water temperature of 34*! Our team mostly LEO's dressed as Fireman and the firefighter and paramedic on our team dressed as doughnuts. You can see us at the 8 second mark in the news clip. The worst part was the walk from the water to the changing tent which was not heated and had no floor covering (wet concrete parking lot).
