When I bought my LT1 it had been a crate engine and the original owner had pulled the heads and welded up the end intake bolt holes. Then they were redrilled & tapped to Gen 1 angle. The other holes were redrilled in other Gen 1 locations. I don't believe there is a single plane intake made to fit an LT1. I didn't like the abandoned thermostat housing, so I changed it back to a GMPP intake. The previous owner had an adapter plate and had it in a '92 B body with a TBI unit.
