New ls1 front end on my T/A
Just got my car together after getting my front end painted. I still need to adjust the hood but it should line up once I'm done pretty nicely. If you don't see the pics just give me a minute. Trying to post from my iPhone

Came together very nice. Personally I like the LT nose better... but its not that I dislike the LS front. Is that a firehawk hood?

Thanks! Yes it is an aftermarket firehawk hood with the side heat extractors deleted. My car was hit in the frontend and I had to replace it so I figured why not give it a face lift. The cowl is pretty big, bigger than I expected but not a huge obstruction.

Looks great! Love it! I did mine eleven years ago now. Those head light covers are a bear to get lined up.

Thanks for the compliments guys, I personally like the LS1 trans am looks better (sorry loyalists). It goes back to the paint booth in a few days to get the doors blended since there is a slight color difference between the old and new paint. I've gotten a few compliments from people that also wanted to take a closer look at it. You should see there face when I tell them it's a 1996! I have to pop the hood to prove to them it's actually an LT1.

Can't say I love the LS1 style front end, but I like your choice on the hood. Seems like the WS6 hoods and copies are a dime a dozen. And that color is awesome.
