I went with a Melling select HP standard volume pump.

With a High Volume pump youll be needing a large capacity oil pan. A stock oil pan could empty out at high rpms and starve the pump.

My builder set me and others up with a HP pump on larger capacity Canton/Milodon pans. The HV pumps you've got to watch out for especially on a stock pan because they WILL suck them dry.
