I jsut dont know???????????
My wife called from work and said the car wont start can you come boost me.I got there and the battery was so dead I couldnt get it to take a charge. So I just swapped in my batTery and it started right up.I check to see if her battery would start my car.it started right up my car.(So I just switched batteries and both cars started.)I thought it was a bad connection.Today same thing.Except now it want start it just clicks and acts like it kills the battery. What could be wrong here???

Supporting MemberBad ignition switch underneath the dash on top of the column? Or starter going way south
I had ignition switch problems a while back on my 94, it was melting switches because the pigtail was fried. It's hard to find the pigtail anymore that has the oversized wires but it can be found1994 Firebird Formula 381 stroker - Carrying the torch! - 9.90 @ 134.3mph on a 200 shot

Try wiggling the terminal while trying to crank. Sometimes a lead coming from the battery terminal break inside the battery and will cause intermittent issues like that

Same thing happened to me, just took a wire brush and cleaned up the battery and cable connections.

Agreed. Just replaced the battery terminals on my vette few weeks ago. One was broken and killing the car almost instantly.
Terminal was actually broken.

I cleaned the terminals on it.im thinking ignition switch also.I put one in it one year ago this month. Its acting like it did then.Ive noticed its took a little longer to start.it cranks a little but before it fires up.It starts first crank every time until the last few days.the ignition switch and the fuel pump and security are together.Im going to buy a A/C delco one in the morning and see what happens.I bought a BWD the last time not really thinking about it.

Check the connections on the starter also. Also signs of a bad starter solenoid.
