My 94 Formula factory pistons did not have a coated skirt. Also did not have the letters or cross-hatch or whatever it is in the flat area next to the wrist pin. Inside of the skirt walls it will say "Mahle" on one side and "Brasil" on the other. And no locator tabs for the oil ring. Maybe the Y-body pistons were different????

I don't think those pistons look any different than the ones I pulled out of a 95 Roadmaster. No coating.
If you want ARP bolts in the rods then you'll need the pistons removed and the big ends resized. Sometimes the pistons don't come off easily and are damaged in the process.
ARP fasteners on the mains will probably require a line hone.96 Z28 - ERE-383, AFRs, 9", Procharger D1, TermiX, etc.
95 Roadmaster - T56 swap, H/C, suspension (aka The Cammaster)
