Default WTB - LT1 block near Philadelphia

Looking for a 2 bolt LT1 block in the Philadelphia area. Could be from any LT1 car. Needs to be low miles (<80k), no deep scratches in cylinders/deck, no cracks, excessive rust/rot, etc. There has to be some way I can verify the mileage because I'm taking no chances with this build, there is a lot at stake with such a large power goal.

(I will need the full VIN that matches the VIN derivative on the block so I can run a history report. There is a check digit in the VIN that cannot be found on the block so the full 17 digit code is necessary. The full VIN can be pulled from the PCM if the tune is untouched or from the car itself. It must match the 10 digit derivative on the block.)

My gut is telling me not to use the 76k block I have currently. The car it came from lived in upstate NY and it shows, lots of flaking around the skirt. Also probably from the fact that it sat outside on the ground for a some time at the junkyard it came from. I'm sure it would suffice but my paranoia is saying to stay away.

Let me know what you have, pics preferred.
