yeah it sucks I dont have enough room in it at all. Half my tools are out side under the deck on the side. The corvette and 95 camaro have to sit out side. I store my harley in a 7.5x16 box trailer along with some of my tools.
I like the paint not sure how it will hold up. It is dupli-color paint which I have no experience with as I always use ppg. But it was cheap enough to take the risk. All in all ill have about 75 bucks into painting it. The color is amazing though and like I said the photos do it no justice. I cant wait to get them finished up and on the the bike. I think the black and the burnt orange will go really well with each other.
I have a friend who wants to go to Daytona bike week this year. I have never been and he is offering to pay for everything if I tow his bike down in my enclosed trailer so I think I am going to take him up on the offer its why im cleaning the bike up and painting it. I know its a ways off but something always seems to go wrong so I figured if I start now at least i wont be caught off guard.
Now I just have to find a place to buy some paint for the camaro. I was always disappointed I didn't take the time to do it right especially after seeing how nice some other forum members camaros came out.

alright I am going to do a little update.
I got the block all painted black it looks good. Ill post pics of it next time I get it done. I actually bought one of the engine paint kits from POR15 comes with everything you need to paint the engine. The heads have to go back to the machine shop because I noticed the valve springs weren't what we had talked about. When I called them up the guy that runs the place admitted they were not what we had talked about and agreed to swap them out for the cost of the difference in parts.
Edit:
I am taking a permanent hiatus from the forum so there will be no further updates to this thread.Last edited by AdamG; 01-04-2014 at 09:47 PM.
