its pretty much a rubbery paint that can be pealed off.
i think its original use was you used it to coat handles on your pliers, wrenches, stuff like that.
i have no personal experiences with it, but there are alot of imports out here that seem to do it, all looked faded out pretty quick. not sure if its their technique or just the product.

I just picked her up two weeks ago. I didn't think I would like the flat black but its growing on me.

It's not perfect but it looks better than before.
Now: m6, 24x conversion, full bolt ons, fullish suspension
In the works: forged 355, le2, th400, 9", direct port 200 shot. Ton of weight reduction!
