They will physically fit the heads but the stock lt1 covers have a notch to clear the alternator on the passenger side. Did the vette have the alternator or another accessory in the same location? If so, it may work. Would definitely like to see pics of that. I'll bet they look good

They will work if u do a lower mount alt.

I've seen posts where they shaved the bottom of the overhanging part of the alternator to use valve covers without the dent for the alternator.
