Chile I'm in a pinch cause I need something local. Hoping to find a leverage compressor while I'm out. Gonna try the HF tool cause its gonna be for a single spring only. Goal is simple to get a valve seal out and measured so I can order some replacements.

Larry, I'm NOT taking the heads off the car. Otherwise I've got a big c-clamp style valve spring compressor I'd use.

Sean, I have a Lisle tool like the KD/ HFT one you posted. It works good but the handle kills your hand and it doesn't work on dbl springs. I checked and I can get the Crane tool but it's a special order item, which means it's non-refundable. I can't post the price yet because I haven't checked to see if Crane has a MAP pricing. It would be about $20 cheaper than what's posted. I'll check on the exact price Monday just in case there's extra $ for factory drop shipping. I know that doesn't help you now but info for future projects!
