I've spent several hours trying to figure out the right way to handle this but here goes...

Seller made contact with me after I asked popo for assistance (backup if you will) on Feb 4th and assured me that they had shipped out, but couldn't find the shipping receipt to track or confirm. He offered to refund the payment if I no longer wanted them. I agreed to wait a couple more days to see if they showed up. On Feb 6th I contacted him and asked for the refund. He responded quickly and said he would issue it. As of today i have still not received the refund or heard anything from him after trying to contact him again so I have escalated the PayPal dispute to a claim. I payed securely so I'll get my money back eventually but I would urge others to be cautious when paying (don't "gift" ) for goods. I understand that things can happen in life that take priority over this so I'm trying to give the seller the benefit of the doubt and am still hopeful that it will be resolved willingly but I felt it necessary to update the situation.

I will check his activity on the site again when at a computer. I believe you have gone above and beyond with patience and hope there is a good explanation as to why this is happening on his end.
