Amusing story... so the Chief, knowing well that I am away on vacation...decides to start sending me messages... TEXTs, emails about stupid shit...just to blow my shit up.

Well thanks to some apps, I get notified that my phone is blocking his SMS.

Anyways, he shoots me an email telling me that my on line certifications are not complete (I took many classes and tests a month or 2 ago, that are organized and set up my the MUNICIPLE POLICE OFFICER TRAINING CENTER).

I know he is full of it, because I dont get to pick and chose what I take... they set me up based on what I need, and include extra classes and certs for me to take . I do ALL of my stuff... and I make copies and print out everything. I know I did everything, however he tells me that I did not.

I ignored him for now, and will drop the stack of certs on his desk (its not what you know,,,, its what you can PROVE) when I get back.





OH YEAH... and this weds, is the physical test the TWP is sending me to to see if I am able to return to work.... lets see if they clear me, or try to label me UNFIT for DUTY and fire me.....

2night was the twp meeting where they were supposed tondiscuss the threats made against another officer by the chief...as well as address the perj allegations.

However it appears the twp solicitor who is in charge of the investigation...says he is still not done.

Well, 2moro I have to drive an hour away to spend 8 hours ONE on ONE with an instructor cause the Chief dicked me when I did all my make up certifications a couple months ago.

So now I have to do make ups... but he did it so he could TEMPORARILY de certify me... technically Im not an active Police Officer until my certs are reinstated (after I pass the two courses 2moro).

I guess he somehow thought that I would be so upset that he yanked my cert, even though he tried to BS me and tell me that it was the certifying agency that did it.....LIES.

I thought it went ok.. he had not reviewed anything yet.. he wanted to see an go over me first...I gave him the paper back version of what happened to me, and all of the treatments I did.... SInce The insurance company cut me off from getting my meds, I was able to tell him I no longer take meds (which I think was goin to be the TWPs angle in trying to get rid of me). I did everything he asked flawlessly... and at the end, I asked him for his impression.

He stated that because he is not my doctor, and he is not treating me, he can not tell me what he thinks. I stressed to him on the record...that Im 36...Ive been a cop for 12 years and I love my job... i want nothing more than to be back out on the street doing my job, all which he noted..


He was able to answer one question for me, and that was HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET THE RESULTS.... he explained that he needed to go through my (over 1' tall) files and his report would be read for the TWP in one week to one month..... so we will see.

Hmm well it could go both ways I guess. If he gives a true and honest report it should go in your favor. If he's a crooked doc with the twp's hand in his pocket it won't matter cause he will side with them. I assume you told your attorney about the visit and release of medical records?
