4th Gen subwoofer setup

I no longer have these in my car, when I did never really used them.
I would like to see them go to someone who will use them.
System includes:

2 x Kenwood KFC-W3012 http://www.crutchfield.com/S-Ij91TbC...=DST&XVVER=GRP
Kenwood KAC-9104D http://www.crutchfield.com/S-aO7KEOQ...=DST&XVVER=AAA
Custom hatch box, will not fit T-top cars.
Rockford Fosgate wiring kit http://www.crutchfield.com/p_575RFK4/Rockford-Fosgate-RFK4.html
I can easily put it in the car for someone to hear, wiring is still in the car.
I am asking $450 or best offer. I would be willing to part it out if I have a buyer for the majority of it.
