I really want to get one of those. Does it normally have problems like that, or was that the first time? Looks like they can sure take some abuse.

First time time it happened, we have made 150mph runs and left it on in the rain. It was my fault it came off, I mounted it in the headlamp bucket and it was touching the hood. Just think the body flex from twistys and stuff kinda beat it up.

Cool. The Hero 3s are $199? Or do you need a whole bunch of extra other stuff to auto sports? I have a friend that bought one used, but I've never really looked at them. The videos sure look cool, though.

I have no idea, I havent looked at the new ones. Mine is a Hero 2 at the best video setting, was 300 plus the suction mount and then I paid for best buys 2 year protection plan incase stuff like this happened. 400 dollars latter. Not worth it at all IMHO. Cool video but for 300 bucks everything can be 100xs better
