Only an Administrator can do that. I don't have access to the FTP to upload the images onto our server.

I'll make sure one of the Administrators are aware of this thread, but I'd recommend finding a image of the smilie (like Biggin did) that way it will save them time looking for the image as they have to save the image, upload it to our server as well as define a code [:something:] for easy use.
