Car cuts out!!!
A friends 94 LT1
If u go WOT from a dig, it cuts out. But runs great from a roll.
They just put a new mad Opti on it. The other went out.
What could be the problem?

Does it continue cutting out as rpm's increase or stop at a certin rpm? How bad is it cutting out, steady miss or coughing and backfiring?

I havnt checked it out yet. But from what he describes, it almost dies out then it cones back to life and runs strong. Only happens when u go wot from a stop or crawl...
Ill datalogg it tonight hopefully...

Mine does that when its cold. It falls on its face then takes off. I put some 93 in it and injector cleaner and octane booster through it and it stopped doing it. Bet if he eases into it a sec then hammers it, its fine. If you find anything solid post up as if mine starts doing it again I can fix it properly
