    ya here In Il they just plug it in and make sure its not throwing codes and your good to go!!!! Takes about 2 seconds to do an OBDII test.

    True but it you have enough stuff turned off for the right tune then it will not pass even the ODB II scan...mine didn't...must have emission exempt status.

    My LE emissions cam is 222/230, 112 LSA, lots of lift, and Lloyd assured me it would pass CA emissions.
