Something I noticed while working on my car today
I have been working on my car the last few days. Im installing a vig 3600, trans cooler, new gauges, lt4 knock module, new 02 sensors, plugs, few other things.
first off I pulled the A/C because it hasn't worked in years so I figures the car would lose a few pounds and get better flow to the cooler and radiator. When I pulled the condenser I noticed the condenser was really really plugged up. The car is 17 years old its plug up with sand, pebbles, mud from wasp trying to make a nest out of it and other road debris. I have notice my fans have had to work hard to keep the car cool. I wonder how many people who are having cooling problems might have the same problem.
I also noticed the new revised 02 Sensors are very different in shape and style from the original ones.

My '91 had a cooling problem until I took the condenser out and ran a garden hose through every fin. Tons of dirt/dust/muck washed out. It's very easy for leaves and crap to get stuck between the condenser and the radiator.
