My vote is polished but you should go with your gut feeling. It's your car, so you're going to be the one looking at it. Choose what you like best!

White ZR1's or something with a real polished lip.
The black ones just have a cheapo looking polished lip in an attempt to break up the blackness... but please... don't get the black wheels. I'd vote for them if they had a legit lip. I'd look at the new C5 Deep Dishes honestly... the 18x10.5's look really good.1993 z28 - stalled and bolted
