Default backfire after revving car up

When im racing or just roving my car up it'll back fire but only does this if I rev it to like 4500 or higher rpm.

When I rev it and let off it'll back fire and send two flames out if ny exhaust

All I have done to the car is all loudmouth and a CAI

Just wondering if something is wrong and what to do to fix it

    Thanks guys

    1) I doubt you're getting flames out the exhaust. That's WAY too long of a distance to travel for a flame to naturally occur. But, it does happen in The Fast and The Furious, so it's real-life right? Wrong.

    2) Opti could be having some issues. What kind of maintenance work has been done on it since you've owned it, or any that you know of before you owned it? FPR, plugs, etc.

    3) You shouldn't just openly rev your motor without a load on it...not a good thing.

Loudmouth I and no cat is your problem. That setup likes to pop because of the amount of air that gets into the system. The LM1 resonator is basically a straight-through so it doesnt do anything in the way of creating backpressure...
