self aligning vs non self aligning rockers
was wondering if anyone has done a before and after test to see if there are any power gains with the NSA

Its not really a difference in power gain, I believe the SA have a tendencey to not be able to withstand the high rpm that NSA with guide plates can. No much of a power difference, its more just a different design.

Right. A lot less chance of throwing the arm off the push rod with NSA.
